Gators, Snakes, Turtles and More!

Hike: 2 – 4:30 p.m. Note: Requires ability to hike 3+ miles.
Patrick is the naturalist/host of SCETV’s “Expeditions with Patrick McMillan”

Richard Porcher
Nature Walk on Botany Bay Plantation
Outing: 2 – 4 p.m.
A noted author, Richard is a long-time Professor of Botany at the Citadel.

 A Cultural and Natural History Tour of Botany Bay
Outing: 9 – 10:30  a.m.
Meg of Botany Bay Ecotours focuses on the natural/human history link.

ACE Basin Treasures guided boat tour
Cruises: 10 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. and 2 – 4:30 p.m.
Billy is a DNR wildlife biologist and an expert on the ACE Basin.

A Shrimp Boat Experience boat tour
Cruises: 9 – 10:30 a.m., 11 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. and 1 – 2:30 p.m.
Jimmy of Edisto Shrimp Charters will share his knowledge on the water.

Elaine Freeman
Beach Combing for Kids & the Young at Heart
Outing: 10 a.m. - noon.
A park ranger-turned-science-teacher, Elaine will lead a nature walk on Edisto Beach.

Passes (suggested donation): $25 Adults, $10 Children (Ages 8-12)
Passes are good for one morning & one afternoon program.
Pre-registration required.
Children must be accompanied by an adult. Passes are non-refundable.
Call to use your credit card. Deadline for paying by check is May 8th.
